Shall able to critically review the process performance and introduce innovative methods to improve efficiency at the optimum level. Should be a strong administrator. Experience Requirements Minimum 10 year(s) Additional Job Requirements Age 45 year(s) and over Only males are allowed to apply. Possessing minimum 10+ years of proven experience in a Production in a big manufacturing set up would fit the requirement. The ideal candidate should be a strong Production Manager and should be currently holding the responsibilities of Managing Production with the plant capacity of 1000 mt/pm with the modern computer aided extrusion and injection molding machines. Expertise in manufacturing deep tube wells (bore well) and thread pipes will be an added advantage. He should be familiar to the Products standards ISO Standard-4422, ISO 3633:2002 British Standard-3505 & 4514 & ASTM D-785.Exposure to operational excellence is must.
