No one is given a “license to sell passports” because they are NOT THE GOVERNMENT and they DO NOT SELL PASSPORTS. SELLING PASSPORTS IS AGAINST THE LAW. The passport is a Government DOCUMENT that BELONGS to the GOVENEMENT and thus is NOT SELLABLE BY ANYONE. Even in my old BRITISH PASSPORT STATE OF St CHRISTOPHER NEVIS AND ANGUILLA has this cautionary note in it “This passport remains the property of the Government by which it was issued and may be withdrawn at any time.” Therefore it is blatantly wrong to say that anyone is given “a license to sell passports.” Team UniTIm stop lying to the people!
