No one wants to be tolerated. The word is a temporary bandaid that doesnt encourage healing; but, instead, agitates the wound like a judgmental prod. I am learning as a pastor that if I want to be the best leader I can be, I will respect peoples differences, focus on the common goal and integrate the creative and organizational talents of the different people God has put in my path. I dont want to tolerate people, I want to celebrate people for who God made them to be.
