No time for exercise in a too busy life? Maybe. How much time do - TopicsExpress

No time for exercise in a too busy life? Maybe. How much time do we spend staring as the dour faces on CNN and Fox News, etc. predict the end of Western Civilization before the next commercial break? How about Travel Channel, watching the Yale grad from Brooklyn eat 17 hot dogs in 5 minutes with ghost chilis and sour cream in front of like-minded cheering fans, risking apoplexy and collapse for a T shirt and his name on the wall of fame? It is about priorities and it may take 30-45 minutes of resistance (weight) training and an equal amount of cardio almost every day. Stretching, like yoga would be great, too. Pick a partner to keep you motivated. No, not that partner, they mainline chicken wings, even though they are fun to be with. Pick someone who is a consistent role model with years of consistent fitness habits. Hey, does that Wolf Blitzer ever smile?
