No trying of serve and protect. Most important they do not no how.to deal with.people. They need a Doctrine degree in Counlesing and Psychology to have that kind of power over civilians. They are too afraid and shoot before being shot at...Pay that man over $100 million easily. Pay his bills...house note...and all bills. Then they must go to jail. Pay a fine and have community service. As well a 5 to 10 year probation. They must.reenter the force by going.through everything again. If they do not..then imprisonment. They kids and.wife must go through a program as well.for.5.years or more without missing. Because the victims family is.effected for.a life time. Tables must.be turned automatically. ....then.they.can.go to court.
