No way, there is no statutory law in the constitution, they are wrong, there are two criminal jurisdictions mentioned in the constitution one is the common law and the other deals with international maritime contract under admiralty jurisdiction, equity is civil, the only other jurisdiction would apply only if there was an international maritime contract involved, ask them to show you the criminal procedure for statutory jurisdiction, the court is a corporation created under the laws of the state, I ACCEPT THAT YOU BELIEVE THE sp IS A COMMERCIAL ENTITY, ON A INTERNATIONAL MARITIME/ADMIRALITY CONTRACT.
