No wonder Tyler Perrys detective drama was such a tremendous flop. That had to have been the most vain script I have ever heard. Perry himself played the lead character Alex Cross and throughout the movie Cross was saluted, heralded, and basically worshiped as the best at all things mentioned. The only thing missing was a proclamation that he had the largest penis as well. The villain (Matthew Fox from Lost) was by far the most interesting person of the movie and you found yourself rooting for him to counter the ridiculousness of the plot.
