Noor TV, at approximately 10:30 Kabul local time, broadcasts a live event celebrating the victory day (28 April). The key participants include Mohammad Yonus Qanooni, the First Vice-President, Salahuddin Rabbani, the High Peace Council Head. More interestingly—and as the first sign of a coalition government—Abdullah Abdullah and Zalmai Rassoul are also among the key participants. Rassoul is sitting in between the two vice-presidents of Abdullah—Mohaqeq on his right, and Mohammad Khan on his left. The video shows as if Rassoul is the Presidential candidate and the two others his vice-presidents sitting on his right and left. The participants are chanting slogans—Long Live Mujahidin. The TV station shows a video endorsing Afghanistan’s victory and Mohammad Yonus Qanooni reading the narration of the video.
