Normally, I am scared to go for the movies of Vijay, Ajith, Surya……. without getting proper reviews. On a working day at 7.30 in the morning (quite a weird time for a movie) forced to go with my family to Vijay’s Kaththi, as part of a fund-raising project of a Rotary Club. Vijay did not disappoint. A very strong theme backed by an elegant screen play and a good performance by Vijay kept us glued to the seats right through. What impressed me the most was the way Vijay motivates senior citizens to support his agitation to block water sources to city. When one of them asked, ‘what do you think we could do at this age?’, the sharp reply from Vijay is worth mentioning. After a long time (really very long time), Vijay with the company of block buster director Murgadoss has given us a good movie to watch.
