North Carolina bound today. Ill be testing my muse this evening at the Evening Muse. Charlotte. 8pm. One interesting part of my existence is seeing peoples comments when they want me to come to their town. It happens in every thread and Im sure it will happen in this one too. I know how fortunate I am to have this. Theres a demand! I very truly do appreciate and honor that. And Im also trying to get everywhere all the time. So it can be a little disconcerting when people seem to take it personally, like WTF!!!??! You havent been to Anchorage since last year! Why do you hate Anchorage??! (Ive never been to Anchorage, but you get the idea.) One woman used to really take it personally that I wasnt coming back to Wichita. I loved playing in Wichita, I really did. Its also 1600 miles from where I live. Not so easy to get there as much as I would like. This is all really to say that Ill be back to Raleigh, Ill be back to Asheville without a doubt. Just not this time around. But I will be in Charlotte tonight.
