North Metro TV is seeking a News and Election Intern. We are looking for a student who is interested in politics, government, and broadcasting. This intern will be involved in all aspects of our election coverage. He or she will have the opportunity to interact with political candidates, help organize debates and candidate forums, and learn all aspects of television election coverage. The News and Election Intern will also play a vital role in live election results programming Election Day. The ideal applicant would know the difference between a State Senator and a member of Congress, be interested in television production, and be comfortable interviewing people on live television.
