This is the Christmas Norwich AlleyCat which will comprise of the usual format of 9 clues to solve, 9 unmanned checkpoints to pass through and two photo tasks to complete. However, there will also be an additional (but optional, and you must complete the AlleyCat first) 4 or 5 unmanned checkpoints, over about 15km Navigational Challenge against the clock. January 2015...... NO ALLEYCAT. Sunday 22nd February 2015. Midday at the Forum... ... ... Confirmed March 2015 TBA April 2015 TBA. March, April and other dates throughout 2015 are to be arranged and confirmed. I would like to either theme or tie Norwich AlleyCat in with other events going on in the city, such as the Norwich Dragon Festival, GoGo and other goings on. I will not be doing an AlleyCat in January. a) the weather is usually lousy b) my work load is usually a busy one mid Jan thru mid Feb, and few of you realise that it takes me in the region of 20-25 hours to organise each AlleyCat... initial exploration of the city on my bike, riding the route at least once more to confirm the route, sorting out clues, advertising across the free ad-sites and social media, etc. riding the route twice on the day; once to put the punches out and once to collect them up.
