Not a bad synopsis Laurie Werneburg: I think liberals and progressives actually have a mental disorder similar to Narcissistic Personality Disorder. They will use lying, cheating, and any other tactic to justify their position on an issue and absolutely refuse to acknowledge any facts that do not support their beliefs. However, they are almost rabid when bringing up information, even false information and gossip to crucify those that have an opposing opinion. To a liberal or progressive, you are not just a person with a different perspective. You are THE ENEMY, to be destroyed at all costs. I believe this is because they are insecure in their beliefs in addition to being mentally unstable. This is why many liberals and progressive turn into screaming crazy banshees when someone attempts to discuss an issue on the merits of facts instead of feelings and fantasy.
