Not all cops are bad like not all cancer is deadly. That isnt really the game I want to be playing.... If you insist on playing that game, I want no part of it. As in, I am leaving, you call your hero, and later if, and only if, you arent in jail or dead, I will listen to how they didnt do anything to help you out. I hate hearing you were right on this topic but it happens more often than not. The only reason I would call a cop, is because my insurance claim required a police report. When my house was broken into, I didnt call the because I knew they would do nothing. The ONLY reason I called them was because I had found some of my shit that had been sold (specifically my game system to GameStop). They told me they could do nothing unless I did the investigating and found my own stuff. In the end, I did get my game system (and only 1 of them...nothing else), however, they did nothing because they thought I was lying about my house being broken into. Let me recap that for you.... They believed that I kicked in my own door leaving it open for it to be inhabited by the local wildlife (there was 10,000 mosquitoes outside because I lived by a wetland preserve ... so 10 seconds of the door being opened would leave me with 10 bites) while I was 90 miles away at my familys house.... destroyed everything in my house and gave all of my electronics away including my childrens stuff. Clearly, as they walked through the door and the house was in disarray I was obviously the criminal. Why? Because, they are trained NOT to believe anything you say.
