Not all injectors are made the same! Here is a prime example of why we use who we use for injectors and why the statement YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR holds so much water when it comes to performance common-rail injectors! Pictured are a brand new set of bosch bodies (the darker grey bodies), sent off with the request to be 128* 150%, needless to say performance was NOT up to par in this customers truck. We yanked them and sent them off to our guys, turns out theyre 143* nozzles, NOT new bodies and quite possibly the worst EDM job weve seen in a very long time. With as much as 20% difference between the individual holes on the nozzle and the wrong spray pattern for the piston, its no wonder this truck was a smoking gutless turd. We decided to scrap the old ones altogether and set this guy up with an actual new set of bosch bodies (injector pictured below) with a set of balanced 128* 5 hole sac nozzles attached from the place where records are set and championships are won.... rant over.... -Ryan
