Sample A he failed at 16 and the level to pass is 15 which is from second hand smoke. If you fail sample A, then sample B taken at the same time, is tested NOT for the level but just has to contain SOME of the substance. Again, sample B was tested for quantity, and it was 13, a very passable sample but because it contained SOME, it is considered a fail. Test sample B first, he passes the test for the 71st time. Even the AVERAGE of them both is a pass. Friday we will know the outcome of his appeal......please help us hope for the best.
