“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter.” – Matthew 7:21 Sometimes we want Jesus Christ just for this life – as the supplier of our needs…the healer of our diseases…the provider of our necessities…the remover of our problems. We want Him to be liberator but not the Lord, Savior but not successor to the throne. Guarantor but not guardian. Remember, He is Almighty God, deserving of our total allegiance.
