Not justifying his death but if this was really him stealing cigars and shoving the store owner/clerk, then who knows what may have truly happened between him and the police officer that shot him. One thing I could never understand is, why is it that when lawbreakers and known violent offenders are arrested or killed by the police, people come out rallying, protesting or rioting in the streets on behalf of those same people who the law enforcement is created to identify and remove from our societies? Im not denying the fact that racially biased harrassments, assaults, arrests and killings are done by some police officers but not all. Its not always a black and white issue, the fact remains that your lifestyle invites and attracts certain kinds of people and problems and also deters and repels others. I have a problem with people outcrying against the police if and when they get rid of truly bad people and are so quiet and afraid if and when those bad people are gunned down by other bad people, then they are crying to the police for help to protect them from those same bad people. We have to stop with the double standards. Call a spade a spade. Stop letting racism influence your thinking and righteous judgments. If a person is wrong tell them that they are wrong, stop being biased. If a person is a sinner, dont come out talking about them like theyre a saint. Too much hypocrisy!! With all of that said, I am definitely not denying that police officers do abuse their powers and authority which is an age old problem with anyone who holds power. I am however wise enough to know that how you live your life, how you conduct yourself, your manners, your behavior, your choices, your actions, your responses, your approach, your attire, your mentality, your attitude and especially your spiritual state have a direct relationship with the events that take place in your life and how you handle or deal with them.
