Not sure how historically accurate the first half of this video is, but Ska isnt just punk with horns. In fact I think some 80s punk bands such as Operation Ivy were influenced by ska as evidenced in Sound System which is a term used by ska bands in Jamaica in the 1960s. It was definitely not invented by Reel Big Fish, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Less Than Jake and the like by simply adding horns to punk music.
