Not sure if anyone else knows what this means, my appointment with the doc is in a month. My HDL and LDL are normal. HDL should be less than 40 and Im 30. LDL should be less than 130 and Im 106. However my Triglycerides should be less than 150 and Im 384!!! I eat mostly healthy. Eggs and Egg whites, chicken breast, brown rice, old fashioned oatmeal, carrots, natural peanut butter. I exercise 4-6 times a week. The doctor says We can talk about your physical what medication options there are but this is actually a controversial subject at the moment because there was a new set of guidelines that came out about triglycerides etc that sort of changes how we were previously treating them. Any thoughts ? ? ?
