Not sure if this could even be relevant BUT- over the summer we did some camping and major horseback riding at Dru Barner, around Wrights Lake, and Tells Creek. Miles and miles into the mountains. We had to do our own sawing of trees and debris that were not being taken care of. There were hundreds upon hundreds of rotted out trees, fallen trees in the middle of trails etc...from my understanding this used to be taken care of? Until tree huggers (I say that term nicely) complained and complained about leaving the forest natural. Couldnt that be a serious contribution to fire?
