Not sure whether or not anyone would be interested, but I just found the both Betty Crocker and Pillsbury have gluten free products at the grocery store, and Pillsbury even have a section on the web dedicated to gluten free recipes. Betty Crocker has both boxed Yellow and Chocolate cake, brownies, and cookies that are gluten free and can be found in the regular baking isles. Pillsbury has pie and pastry dough, cookie dough (tub and break and bake), and pizza dough that are gluten free and can be found in the refrigerated section. pillsbusry/glutenfree
