Not sure whos on what page but we have been posting the story of Lucky on a few pages. Lucky is a sweet boy dog who was found wandering in the middle of road by a very amazing lady Sarah. She picked him up and he just collapsed in her arms. I received a call asking if my family could foster him until he could get I to the vets office. He was malnourished and exhausted. He had a hole in the side of his face where you could see all the way through to his teeth. We kept him for the weekend just hoping hed live. He couldnt walk and would t eat. After about 5 hours of love and plenty of rest he started walking around. He was so sweet and loving we fell in love instantly. Monday he went to the vet and we received the news he would be ok but he needed alot of help. He had fox tails buried so far in the open wounds on his face that it was severely infected and cause abscesses. He had his surgeries this morning. He was neutered. Had 4 teeth removed. Got stitches on one side of his face and had some skin cut and pulled over to cover the other hole. Also many stitches on that side. He is home and doing well. However his vet bill is more then we can handle. We have many incredible people donate donate and are still continuing to help. For anyone who wants to help or donate you can do so at the low cost spay and neuter clinic just tell them you are donating for lucky. Also on Saturday there will be a yard sale on potter in chapperel mesa and and all proceeds go to the vets office. Also a great lady is putting putting a donation box at ampm for him as well. Thank you to everyone who has helped, is still helping and plan on helping.
