Not to be too overly melodramatic, but Im not usually public with my opinions or even very involved with social media. However, I gotta say something so I can feel like I am at least doing something to take a stand against a business that is willing to employ a vicious, piece of shit scumbag like Ray Rice. This is hardly the first time the NFL has tried to sweep violence and generally despicable behavior under the rug for the sake of saving face, but now its front and center and everyone can see it. If someone at the Ravens or in the NFL offices actually saw that video prior to the investigation and merely suspended him 2 games, everyone that was involved in that decision needs to be fired/banned for life at the very least. Not that it matters really, but I cant in good conscience contribute to the NFL as long as this is the way they operate. I cant teach my son to treat women with respect while rewarding an industry that doesnt give a shit about them. They seem to care more about pot-smoking and team names. Im out until they get rid of this animal, as well as anyone who saw this video and didnt ban him immediately.
