Not too impressed with Sound Devices right now. Just tried to call them (Thursday - 6:33EDT) and theyre closed. I had my 788 fail over last weekend, sent them a Support Inquiry Monday 1:38PM (immediately got a Case#), and didnt hear back till 2:00PM the next day. Their response was a short list of questions to which I immediately replied with a full page note that I had prepared. Now its Thursday, and Im still waiting for a response & a return authorization.
