If u have had the chicken pox and are of age to get the vaccine that u can get now to prevent the shingles i highly recommend everyone to get it. Yes it is very expensive but worth it. I thought i had gotten a case of poison ivy last week but turned out to be shingles. I have been so miserable. It itches it burns it hurts. And now i am starting to feel some numbness because it can effect ure nerves up to a year or longer. And they say the rash could last up to 30 days or longer. Thanks to Chriss girlfriend (Lindsey Hazel) she brought me some aveeno bath treatment and i have started getting some relief. Since i have gotten the shingles before i got the vaccine i dont need to get the vaccine before 1 year from now because it wont be as effective for me . U can also get the shingles more than once. Just something to think about incase u didnt know.
