Note this is the Obama run USDA. and I am now an outlaw because I have built a gutter garden against my house to grow lettuce. Seems I will now have to build illegal sandbag bunkers to await the USDA SWAT teams which will soon come to tear it down and rip out all my lettuce and execute my dogs who bark and wag their tails at them because the mentality of these moron s is that my dogs represent a danger just because they can and it is no popular to kill dogs during raids--to appease the Musilum crowd who hates dogs.
