Nothing quite like a trip to A&E with chest pain to focus the mind on the important things in life.....no need to panic - as usual was just my RA which is now playing up in the joints in my rib cage apparently, but as you all know I am high maintenance and not adverse to a bit of drama! However, I am going to try to use it as a valid excuse to politely postpone my numerous ice bucket challenge nominations that I have received this weekend (I didnt know I was so popular!) - Yvonne Illsley I love your suggestion and will happily donate, whilst merrily pouring cold water on my other members of my family.....
