Notice to all Clients The PHOTOGRAPHER shall own the COPY RIGHT in ALL IMAGES created and shall have the EXLUSIVE RIGHT to make Reproduction. The Photographer shall make only make Reproductions for the client or for the photographers PORTFOLIO, SAMPLES, SELF-PROMOTION, ENTRY INTO PHOTOGRAPHIC CONTESTS or ART EXHIBITIONS, EDITIONAL USE, WEBSITE or for DISPLAY within or on the OUTSIDE of the Photographers Studio Any modifications of any agreements must be in writing, should the client wish not to have his/her photos used or published. A document must be signed by both the client and photographer.( Should the Client wish not to have Photos Published or used , a letter in the clients handwriting will be attached to the above mentioned documents) Thank you Sue
