Role: As an expert of all headhunting techniques, you develop and manage a network of highly talented excecutives and senior excecutives in the sector of Insurance and Actuary Consulting. The main duties of this role include (non-exhaustive list): 1. Sourcing Candidates in Europe & French speaking countries: • Make extensive use of Social Media websites ( such as LinkedIn, Viadeo, Xing), our internal database, and different headhunting techniques to build relationship and attract highly talented executives, senior executives and members of the Board of Directors from local and international Insurance companies, Insurance Brokers and Consulting companies. • Selection of the best possible candidates according to our clients’ selection criterias. • Promoting our company and services and develop our network through phone calls and emailing campaigns. 2. Building organisation charts for targeted companies: • Collecting information techniques; • Updating database with all targeted companies worldwide. 3. Database management: • Optimisation of database, and updating compulsory information; • Expand our internal database with target candidates’ information.
