November 15th, 2014 A Miracle For Two Sisters Facts: *In November of 2012 TGen entered into a collaborative agreement with Phoenix Childrens Hospital (the governor, mayor, judges and GALs are on the board of directors at TGen) *On March 14th, 2014 unknown to the parents a drug trial opened up at Phoenix Childrens Hospital for their childrens rare condition. *Hannah and Kaylas GI doctor was fired on March 21st for neglect and child endangerment *Hannah was taken from her hospital bed by DCS on April 8 th, 2014 *Kayla was taken from her hospital bed by DCS on April 10th, 2014 *The claim against the mother is Medical abuse, over medicalizing *The mother and father are separated, but he is very involved in the childrens lives. He lives in a separate residence. He has partial custody of the children. DCS said they would not give the children to the father, because you support the mother. *The two sisters were taken off of their feedings tubes and were starved. *On August 1st Mom sent a letter to the hospital asking if the girls were on a drug trial, no response was ever given. *On August 1st Mom sent a letter to the hospital asking that the feeding tubes not be removed. *On August 1st Mom sent a letter to the hospital asking for a second opinion, again. *The second opinion from a third party was granted by the courts but never done by the state or the hospital. *By August 20th Kayla had lost 25 % of her body weight and Hannah had lost approximately 20 %. Kayla was in severe danger and very poor condition. *August 20th was the last day mom was able to see the girls. *August 20th Mom tells Kayla fight for yourself, talk to your lawyer, ask for a gastric scan, look at your own medical records and tell them what you want. *At the same time the CASA (court appointed special advocate) fears for Kaylas life. *Multiple u-tube videos were put up to show Moms innocence and the court ordered her to take them down. *Mom was threated. *The Casa was threatened, and quit. *Visits were terminated. *A severance petition was filed by the state, to terminate the mothers rights without a trial. *An affidavit was given to the courts showing the girls were being abused in the system/ foster care. The witness was the CASA. *The court gag order got stricter and 4 months of jail time was threatened for every offense. *The Justice for the Sisters page was forced to be shut down. *The court ordered for everything to be removed off the internet. *Advocates opened a new page titled A Miracle For Two Sisters. *180 motion is filed against mom for this page existing, CPSs attempt at contempt of court for Melissa braking the Gag order.
