November 7 2014 Still not feeling great, coughing up a lot of thick secretions. Heart rate and respirations are still up. Diagnosis is ventilator aquired pnumonia, one of the bacterias that grew is commonly found in ear infections so the thought is she has an ear infection that has somewhat streamed this along with the drinks from the vent tubing. She has made it down to 35% oxygen. Pressures are still elevated to help reinflate her right lung.
