November of last year I made the mistake of going in to a 2 year contract with #Comcast. They guaranteed my rate would stay the same for those 2 years. Through all the problems they have just put me through, the agent promised that my bill would go down by $3 per month and I would get StreamPix for free along with HBO & Starz. Of course, when trying to get someone to honor that I instead found that no notes were made and my bill went up. After another 2 hours on the phone tonight the woman gets back to me to say it was resolved. Luckily I looked on their website while talking to her and found that they actually charged me in November for the HBO and this woman signed me up for another 2 years starting today. When I requested a copy of the audio contract she said she would have to take back everything she offered and put me in for a contract dispute. I hope this dispute gets me out of my contract!!! Action News Wpvi TV 6-Abc, FOX 29, NBC10 Philadelphia must get complaints about them all the time! Just look on Social Media for the feedback.
