Now THAT was a gorgeous snow!! Even if you hate snow, you have to agree that several inches of white stuck to all the trees with blue sky in the background was just beautiful. :) In South Bend, this storm was not quite as bad as I expected, as we had very little blowing and drifting where I was. Im sure it was a bit different outside of town. But, the rain took longer than expected to change over to snow, and then it was a wetter snow for much of the time, and this cut down slightly on the amounts and a bit on the blowing also. So, it could have been worse. Most numbers Ive heard so far are within the ranges we forecast, but generally on the lower end, which most are not complaining about. :) Please let me know how much snow you got where you live, and also how bad the blowing and drifting was in your area...
