You may not own this gun if you have a- a criminal record b- a poor bill of mental health c- are adjudged to be unsafe according to failure in adhering to rigorous testing and requirements both psychologically and practically that would enable you to have a lethal weapon safely held in your possession. Country two: You can have a gun, its on this bit of paper written three hundred years ago, when guns were single shot, there was a massive war that was just fought, and the place was still a lawless wilderness with no centralised form of government duly elected by the people nor law enforcement bureaus. Which country MIGHT you suspect would endure more gun deaths here? Hmm? Just a quick question begging an honest answer.
