Now booking into October- if you are nervous to try yoga in a class, or have unique concerns to work around, we can get you ready for classes, confident and comfortable. If you want to learn how to make better food choices, even on a budget, we can work on healthy cooking, juicing, and even going vegan if you want to try it. I also offer, for a higher fee, sessions of Vedic Thai Bodywork- assisted yoga/meditation: a deeply relaxing 90-120 minute session where the giver applies yoga poses, pressure, and intention to catalyze energy healing, release of pent up energies and balance of mind, body, and energy. Assisted yoga also helps to free and process the lactic acid that builds up in the muscles during exercise, replenishing that feeling of built up fatigue to a state of lightness. It helps to break up and release crystallizations and adhesions in the muscles, which metaphysically are energy blockages. Health is balance. I am here to assist your path to recognizing and taking action towards your inherent greatness and natural wholeness. Namaste!
