Now its been a little while Since Ive shared upon this page And its not cause Ive forgotten From a memory wracked by age For instead I have been busy Writing down my whole lifes story Sharing trials and tribulations Sharing losses wins and glory My horses have been resting Whilst I work out and write my book And it wont be long till both our covers Are more than worth a second look So please accept my reasoning For my absence here of late For Ive kind of had a little More than crumbs upon my plate More than one hundred pages I have written now to tell And Ive covered to my twenties Phew I need a little Spell So Ive stopped to take a breather And say Gday to all my friends Now Im off to write the middle bit And the rest until the End (its not the end, its only the beginning, but itll be the end of this book........got it..........good.......See you later) By Guy McLean 9th of August 2014
