Now that I have gotten as much of the official story as I can get- I will say my peace. Let me start by saying that I am very thankful that no officers were harmed in todays events. Let me also say that I am very thankful for officers in every way possible. Obviously, I do not and will not defend my dads actions in any way, but I will say this. As his daughter, his loss is still a loss to me, no matter how it happened. My family is still in GRIEF for the loss of our loved one. If you knew him, you know that although he made very bad decisions, he was not a bad person. If you didnt know him, then I ask that you keep your hear-say opinions to yourself. I dont care if you dont respect low life lake trash as you called him. I, as his daughter, did nothing to deserve the disrespect of seeing awful things being posted about my father that I just lost. Even more disrespectful to our family, is seeing people who did nothing, but bring him down act like they were so close to him and saying things such as I loved Scott. Lets get this straight, if you werent doing what you could to put him in a BETTER place, you didnt love him. You were selfish and now you want attention.
