Now that Nina Millan and Me are starting our next phase of fitness through our journey together, I thought it would be good to look back to where I was just a few months ago when trying to get in shape for our wedding. It was never easy, but all it took was saying YES to myself daily. YES Im worth the hard work. YES Im worth the clean nutrition. YES Im worth showing up for everyday in my workout. The time would have passed anyways...Im glad I used that time to get into the best shape of my life AND that I got to share that time with my love. BUT, we arent done! I still have work to do... Imagine where you would be if you had decided to join along with us just a few months ago. Imagine where you would be if you had decided to ask me for help just 1 month ago!!! Im still here. Im still helping others achieve their goals. Im still waiting to help YOU.
