Now the tricky part.........can I find childcare to enable me to keep this job!? Can I find childcare to make it through the next few weeks of shadow shifts before I get into more of a routine!? Three weeks of sporadicness......maybe a friend here, a friend there......anyone have some availability? Im not eligible to even apply for subsidy until I have routine shifts......nor does that solve the dilemma of overnights or evenings. Gah
