Now this is what we should be encouraging our youth to do, expressing themselves thru healthy exercise, that provides an opportunity for them to use their minds and bodies to follow a rhythm individually, as well as with a team of individuals, that are confident their practice and participation is vital, in order that the group be one! I could go on about the instill these types of behaviors in our offspring will ensure, that over all, we have a sane and civilized society! Im not decreed in the psychological field of study that covers this particular subject, but for 60 yrs, I have lived more of what they discuss, ponder, and muse on, for their educational dominant personas and egos. And I might add, that education is a vital element in the development of community, but if we teach our children to reach for the stars, and then tell them, there is a limit on the stars; weve bond them psychologically! @enoughsaid Much love!
