Now we are coming up to Christmas. But hear what God says in Jeremiah 10:1-4 Thus aid the LORD. Do not learn the way of the Gentiles, do not be dismayed at the signs of heaven, for the Gentiles are dismayed at them. For the customs of the peoples are futile for one cuts a tree from the forest, the work of the hands of the workman with an ax. They decorate it with silver and gold, they fasten it with nails and hammers so that they do not topple, they are upright like a palm tree. I made enemies in church when I stood up and quoted what God said. But its not my Word I am not going to be a plagiarist, I gave honour to the Author by referencing where I got this from, but when people want to do their own things they make up excuses. One pastor asked me What if its an artificial tree? You mean a pastor asking that foolish question? What I realize is that they know the truth, believing that as long as they do not go and cut down a tree from the forest then they are ok. but to go and tell the people that they wont be celebrating Christmas no more would cause people to leave. Jesus said to His followers, You have to eat my flesh and drink my blood and many couldnt handle that and broke away. As the Holy Spirit just revealed to me; what Jesus meant is that the things that I have reaveled to you, what you can see is flesh, because no one can see the spirit. And the things revealed are for us as it is stated in Deuteronomy 29:29, so that we know how to worship God in Spirit and truth. But men love darkness and when the light shines they find ways to cower back in darkness as roaches and night crawlers. The army of God is not about the number of men but its about those who choose to walk in the Spirit of God rather than the dictates of men. Look until you find where God endorsed Christmas. Show me where He says at this day on this month celebrate Christmas then I would apologize. If God did not say it is is not of Him. He tells us how to worship Him and not us coming up with our own forms of worship and God endorsing our works. No He sets the stage and says, This is the way walk in it and His true followers would follow His lead.
