Numsa wins the battle with Kentz in Medupi projects to reinstate MORE 1000 dismissed workers. on the 8 May 2013 the company suspended 1200 employers alleging that these workers participating in an unprotected Strike. Three weeks ago the company instituted disciplinary procedure for those workers belonging to other unions and dismissed about 300 workers belonging to MEWUSA and BCAWU and non union members. NUMSA successfully interdicted the company and after negotiation with the company the union managed to settle this dispute with the company. all workers will be return to work on Monday the 8 July VIVA NUMSA
