Healthy fats help us to manage our moods, control our weight, fight fatigue and improve brain function. Dont believe the myth that eating fat will make you fat. Fat does not make you fat, lack of exercise and a poor diet do. A proper diet includes healthy fats like eggs, nuts, avocado, bacon, olive oil, fish oil, butter, chia seeds, flax seeds, and fatty fish like salmon.
