Nutrition is over- and underrated. What`s overrated especially in bodybuilding circles is details of marcronutrients: it does not really make a 17,9% difference if you use 0.5 or 0.6 grams of carbs from a green source and stir it 6 ½ times to the left and then 1 ¾ times to the right within 48 seconds after training (no matter that some „experts“ want to convince you it is). What`s underrated is quality of food - get it as fresh as possible, as unprocessed as possible,...- and micronutrients.
