Nutrition tip of the day: Put "clean" fuel in your body today. Start today by removing a processed food that you eat too much of and replace it with something clean like more fruit, veggies, Greek yogurt etc. Do that every week with something else. It took me about a year and a half with my family so go slow if you need to. But start fueling your body with the right foods, it will make such a difference in how you feel and your health.
