Nyandarua Governor Waithaka Mwangi today started an ambitious multi-million high quality potato seed distribution in his county. Ken Lusaka has flagged off several high profile projects- and Bungoma may have a fully fledged State University in the next three years. We all know what Alfred Mutua is doing. But guess what???? My Governor in Siaya, Cornel Rasanga spends more than sh 10 million shillings in paying Citizen TV in March to cover a Live Function from Siaya Town to ostensibly flag off Tractors (Many that were actually hired from Kisumu) but the real reason was to broadcast his bosses Political Rally. Early this Month- he ferried the Councillors and top officials from Siaya to Entebbe, Uganda- for a brainstorming session for a whole week- costing millions of taxpayers money This week, my Governor announced that he will spend Tax payers money to ferry people from Siaya to welcome baba. The only tangible development we are seeing in Siaya is the up and coming PRIVATE residence of the Governor. And another sh 1 billion palatial home being built for baba- in neighbouring Kisumu Then after five years you will see some so called intellectuals arguing that We have been marginalised- and some sections of Kenya are being favoured.
