It is very rare for me to write an unsolicited letter of praise for a job well done. I believe this is the first time I have felt compelled to do so. However, there are certain people who really deserve to be recognized for their outstanding service. As you know, I have been banking at Nymeo for about 10 years and I have had the pleasure of speaking with Rebecca at your branch last week. I have found her to be an exceptional, professional, and effective employee. I had asked her to accomplish a request that to me seemed difficult and impossible and she gave me above and beyond what I needed.
