O.K. question of the day. My little niece and her cousin was playing down by the creek and found an abandoned dog that someone just chained to a big rock and left the dog had no water or food and its fur was so matted that it couldnt be brushed and her momma had to shave it there was no tags or any kind of id and they have look intensely for the owners to no avail. Now As some of you know I have been wanting a dog and was looking into a rescue dog. So my question is should I rescue this dog and give it a home or call animal control and let them deal with it? It is a loving dog and the perfect size for me! I am stuck with what I should do. So please let me hear your opinions. :)
