OFF THE FLOOR T-BAR ROWS: Ronnie Coleman used to say T-BAR rows built a cobra back. Theres no doubt T-BAR rows are necessary for back thickness. These are done off the floor. I have all my athletes do it off the floor for several reasons : 1. Pulling off the floor requires more back muscles then suspended. I see too many grab heavy loads and turn it into a glorified shrug, bicep combo. 2. Pulling off the floor builds the erectors and lower lats. Into days bodybuilding, your lats must come from the waist 3. Pulling off the floor effects the entire body. When you train a muscle, do it in a manor youre effecting your entire body
